A GHOSTPHRASE CELL NETWORK.
The ultimate GHOSTPHRASE cell network implies the use of 
pair-wise unique everything: a unique pair of GOLD internal
keys, a unique set of Link passwords, and a unique set of
Message Keys, all distributed at a single personal meeting.
Each node in the network operates with different sets of the
above. The encryption/decryption runs are always run on
permanently off-line computers, and messages sent/recieved
by other pc's (or Macs), or anonymously up- and downloaded.
Similar schemes can be created using SILVERs, or with other 
key distribution methods.
