RULES AND FAQ:
You can download the encrypted message for free, anonymously. To participate in the contest, you must pay a submission fee of USD 99. The contest is open until December 15, 2008. The one who is first to submit a correctly decrypted clear text wins USD 7 million. You have the option to buy hints regarding some of the properties of the message. The hints do not change. Submission fees and hint fees will not be returned. The winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes. Submit your entry by email to challenge2008 AT ghostphrase DOT com. You may submit at any time between now and December 15. You may submit several times, but then you must pay a new submission fee each time.
