You can store your customer records or phone books using GHOSTPHRASE! Note that it must be one of the pay versions, 3.0 GOLD, 3.0 SILVER, or plain 3.0. You can copy and paste text, or write it to the window of GHOSTPHRASE. Enter your passwords, choose the 'never expire' option, and enter or paste the text. Max 2000 characters per file. This is equivalent to about 20 short address posts per file. Encrypt and put the file in a suitably labelled folder. After you read/decrypted a stored file, you must encrypt in again to keep it stored.
